  1. As much as I love DJT this is an area where he’s no better than Biden – massive revisions are incoming after they take their very public victory lap.

  2. Americans are mostly concerned about the price of stuff.
Some are concerned about their useless job being replaced by a Large Language Model program.

  3. The business media so want to deliver bad economic news. So when the news is good, they are confused. Under Biden’s rule good economic news was never questioned, and when revisions were made, not much was said. But under Trump rule, be careful about good news, and watch for the revisions which shall certainly be downward.

    1. Communists lie.

They lie by commission. They lie by omission. So they lie coming and going about economic data.

Remember! bidenflation was “transitory” … a big word Janet Yellen learned at UC Berkeley. Hence, the high price of goods you are STILL paying … isn’t Biden’s fault … it’s Trump’s fault. See how clever that works?

  4. We’ll see about revisions. The way they count is stupid.

There is good news buried in the numbers. Total employment was up significantly while government jobs were down to a level not seen in decades.

    1. The reduction of government jobs is the real measure to keep your eye on. The economy improves as the number of government jobs shrinks. As the old saying goes, the U.S. will come out of an economic downturn the minute DC goes into one.

  5. BLS has updated their net birth-death model, and the revision is 1,000,000 – yes, folks, one million – jobs that were supposedly created last year did not in fact exist. Unemployment in the US was basically flat. There was no jobs boom.
