This could be anything. Just like Temple Univ., Brown sits smack dab in the middle of Providence, RI…in a high urban crime area. I think the thing that might pop up shortly is that buildings on Brown Univ. use an electronic card system for entrance and egress, and the primary area of this event is the Engineering building. So, if it will be interesting to see how the shooter got in. There will, also, be cameras everywhere.
I would suggest the 48 hour rule.

I no fan of the death penalty, as I’m certain corrupt prosecutors have framed at least some innocent shmucks and sent them to their deaths. But in cases like this, we not only need the death penalty, we need to use it quickly. If some mass killer’s guilt is doubtless, convict them and put them out of our misery. Be done with them. No need to waste food, air, medical care, housing, or anything else on people who do things like this.

A “person of interest” is in custody? Really? And how long can they hold him until they have to charge him with REAL evidence? The EVIDENCE which seems to be sorely lacking. No door lock passkeys, no video, no eyewitness descriptions … nada. I still don’t know what these students were doing in the Hall. Were they taking a test? Was it a Club meeting of some sort? The Brown University spokesJOKES are the most decidedly non-Ivy League … bush Leaguers … I’ve ever seen or heard.
