Global- Extortion suspects have all claimed refugee status, Canada’s border agency says
The foreign nationals were identified by B.C.’s Extortion Task Force, but once the Canada Border Services Agency began investigating them, all claimed to be refugees. As a result, deportations of the 14 suspects have been put on hold until the Immigration and Refugee Board decides whether they have legitimate cases for asylum.

Just wondering out loud here, but shouldn’t an extortion charge count for more than a refugee claim in the Scales of Justice?

We’ve surrendered the solving of crime and every other problem, from the citizenry to metastasized bureaucracies; whose size and power grows over us, at the expense of our bank accounts and the infringement of our Rights. Said bureaucracies laud their activities to justify their growing budget and power, but not only don’t solve or reduce the problems. They’ve learned how to brainwash large numbers of us into surrendering the critical thought, we need to take back control. Reality bites, we wake up and shoulder the responsibility of a self-governing people, or face serfdom to the “you’re so vain” globalists for generations.
No one should be surprised, and the Liberals won’t provide a solution.
How about all these be sent to the barracks at Alert Nunavut until the IRB can get to them.
They can’t be deported. They’re wanted for extortion in their home countries.
As a result, deportations of the 14 suspects have been put on hold until the Immigration and Refugee Board issues each of them a Liberal Party voter card along with all the other benefits and money that Canadian taxpayers can only dream about.
Why would any country accept a refugee claimant without publicly declaring the original country a Sh!t Hole and application of some sanctions? For the claim to be accepted there must be something rotten back home.

Surrey has been disproportionately impacted by these extortion attempts, and those responsible must face swift justice.
Law-abiding Canadians and foreign nationals in our city deserve better than to see our legal and immigration systems abused by criminals to extend their stay in Canada.
The federal government must move to immediately fix Canada’s immigration and deportation laws to protect our communities. Guests in our country who break our laws need to be sent home.
