The address in White City is for a McMansion without a sign or playground equipment, and the only “Creative” Cubs child care mention that Google can find is a Facebook account for a location in Radium Hot Springs. Seems legit.

“Hello Just Bins Admin, I’ve seen your recent post regarding the CCDC. Attached is the most recent letter from my solicitor sent to the CDCC board. The “missing $40k put to a personal business venture” is held within the lawyer’s trust, always ready to be paid back to the CCDC. However in exchange, we have requested the CCDC to provide an official release letter.
As my lawyer stated, we “remit these funds to the CCDC immediately upon execution of a release”
Therefore, the CCDC has always refused to provide such a letter. To be clear, the release is required because the funds were transferred from the daycare based on the advice and expertise of the business consultant, chair of CCDC, Mr. Emeka Elemamba, who remains a director. I have since been removed from the board of directors without any notice or any apparent due process.
My lawyer has earlier stated, “If the matter must be reported, we trust that it will be done honestly, outlining the involvement of Mr. Elemamba as a co-signatory in relation not only to these funds, but any other funds that were loaned to himself. Any failure to report the matter accurately and honestly will result in a claim for defamation. None of that will be necessary if a release is signed, at which point my client can immediately repay the funds in full. ”
The request for a release is therefore not unreasonable. In fact, we have requested only one condition: a standard release confirming that repayment ends all ties between me and the CCDC. My solicitor is looking towards swift resolution without further escalation. I would appreciate if you could post this information to the public, after putting me under such limelight. No need to keep me anonymous. I will make sure to follow up with you, and if you need any further information, please contact me.
