No, Napoleon.

Jonathan Turley;

In a significant win for the Trump Administration, the United States Supreme Court issued an opinion on Thursday afternoon on the Trump Administration’s requirement that passport holders use their sex assigned at birth and that such requirements do not violate equal protection guarantees. While a brief, unsigned opinion issued on the interim docket, it represents a major ruling on the constitutional protections afforded to transgender individuals.

  1. Please stop using the phrase “assigned at birth”. Sex is recorded at birth, along with weight and other factors.

  2. This is an unfortunate decision for the rest of the world. If an American showed up at your border and had anything other than male or female in their passport, it was a clear indication that you were dealing with a severely mentally ill person who should not be allowed into your country.

    1. To be fair, showing up at the border of your country dressed like Tim Curry in Rocky Horror Picture Show sends the same message.

  3. “obvious, immutable, or distinguishing characteristics” of “a discrete group”

    OK … if T’s don’t qualify as a discrete group by immutable characteristics… then why do L’s … G’s … B’s … I’s … A’s … or any other person who claims their sexual PREFERENCE is an immutable characteristic get protected class status?

    Sorry … until the ‘Gay gene’ is discovered that proves homosexuality isn’t a personal CHOICE … I don’t believe people who hold homo-sex-pride parades have immutable characteristics.

  4. When I booked a business trip to Mexico recently, Air Canada gave me 4 options for sex (none of them were “awesome”). Within Mexico it was male or female.

    Why do we need to specify sex to fly anyway? Like hair color and eye color, it’s nonsense from a distant past.

  5. Anxiously awaiting this whole tranny fad to run it’s course, but I fear it will be replaced by something more vile…..like the stalking horse Kate’s mentioned once or twice.

  6. Degenerates have the right to their own delusion. They do NOT have the right to force me to play along. Kanadian failed lawyers need this pounded into their empty skulks.
