  1. The Shohei Ohtani sweepstakes.
The hated LA Dodgers won the world series in the 11th inning. You know what that means…

    1. Between the Centre of the Universe and La La Land it was a shame that both of them couldn’t lose.

  2. Would have been nice if a Canadian team had won but honestly I couldn’t give a crap if an Ontario team won over an American team. Quit caring about anything that happens out east. That’s not MY Canada.

    1. Toronto is Liberal, Los Angeles is Democrat; I wanted them both to lose.

Now we can ‘cheer’ for the Maple Laughs.

      1. Toronto hasn’t had a decent mayor since the last time the Toronto Maple Laughs won the Stanley Cup… in 1967!

  3. Congrats to the Nippon Dodgers!

I’m reminded of my youth in Santa Clara in 1964-65 when the SF Giants brought in the FIRST Japanese player ever in MLB, Masanori Murakami. He lived in my neighborhood… and would sign autographs for us pesty, looky-loo kids. No English skills, but great people skills. Very polite and humble. Yes, diversity CAN be a strength … when we all share the same values.

    1. Can’t agree.
The 3rd Mad Max film – Beyond Thunderdome with Tina Turner – was shyte compared to #2.
      Fury Road was awesome.
The Alien movies were good, the first a classic – I was working at a Drive-in when the first came out.
Notable mention to The Chronicles of Riddick: Pitch Black, The Chronicles of Riddick and Riddick.

      1. It was a great game, great entertainment. Some astonishing plays. Either team could have won. Remember it is only a game.

    1. While I detest Boasberg, they won’t be able to remove him from office.

Impeachment might be successful in the House, but this just sends it for trial in the Senate. A two-thirds (or is it 60%?) majority is required to remove the judge. The Dems will never vote for removal.

    1. So they’re much like the Tides Foundation, The Hewlett Foundation, The Climate Works Foundation, etc?

The three above mentioned are all out of California.

And I almost forgot, there’s also George Soros.

      All operate outside the USA.

      1. And don’t forget the Rockefeller Foundation, the Ford Foundation and the Kellogg Foundation.

      2. I wrote to my congressional representative last week and asked her to pursue voiding Soros’ US citizenship. He’s the chief anarchist.

        1. Definitely number one, but don’t forget about commie Neville Roy Singham, the “American” living in China, and the Swiss Hansjorg Wyss who also like to fund radicals.

    1. They’re much like the Dems who by shutting down the US government, are trying to mobilize mobs of Dem supporters into violence.
