Utah Governor Spencer Cox said investigators were tipped off when a family member of Robinson confided to a friend that Robinson had mentioned Kirk at a family dinner, saying, “Charlie Kirk was coming to UVU” and that Kirk was “full of hate and spreading hate.” The friend alerted the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, which relayed the information to Utah County and the FBI.
Robinson was not a student at UVU, and lived with his parents, Cox confirmed.
Investigators confirmed Robinson’s gray Dodge Challenger was captured on campus video at 8:29 a.m. on September 10. His roommate later showed agents Discord messages in which Robinson allegedly described stashing a rifle at a “drop point,” wrapping it in a towel, and returning to watch the area. Messages also referred to “engraving bullets,” changing outfits, and the rifle being “unique.”

However, let me say that my wife has many Facebook friends who are raging leftists. What are they saying online? They’re calling this an “inside job”. What that means is anyone’s guess … but their bottom line is… ”this was a white male shooting a white male”… hence “inside job”. Yes, those Facebook friends of hers are black folk. And yes, they’re all certifiably nuts.
The leftists are trying to push the narrative that either the shooter was a secret Trump supporter that was sent to set them up or that the Trump administration had Kirk murdered for a Reichstag moment.

I was poor, and living hand to fist … but had plans and dreams. All this despite having NO family to rely on. I wasn’t living at home … I had no home. BTW … something is really wrong about this kid getting a $35,000.00 Presidential Scholarship. A quick reading of the Scholarship requirements indicate it takes:
– high SAT scores
– the recipient cannot apply for it … you have to be nominated for it by State Education rep’s.
– there are only about 60 scholarships awarded per year
That puts this kid in some rare, rare, territory. Sure, he may be a really smart kid. But this is a whole different level. And to bail out (or FAIL out?) after one semester at a “State college” … sorry, not an elite institution… isn’t sounding right to me. Something is really odd about this story.
