Simple. CA’s plan is to DOUBLE the rates to soul-crushing, toe-numbing, costs. Thus PUNISHING energy use even further! Too expensive to operate anything other than your ref’r. Unplug everything … including your heater.
I notice the lights stayed on in North Africa (hmm) and France. Instead of emulating France with its commitment to nuclear power, the Spanish socialist government is determined to shut down its remaining nukes.
