    1. The Crown asked the judge to impose a restitution order for $76,650, the amount associated with the Macklin Fire Department’s response to the fires.

Uh … what about forcing restitution to the farmer(s) for their losses?

Yeah … ultimately ‘The Crown’ declined to impose restitution… citing it as a “civil court issue”. WTH!? So … there will be NO penalty placed on this CRIMINAL for his act … which has been conveniently dismissed as “mental illness”. What? Is the perp a Muslim?

    1. Useful idiots, especially very wealthy ones, really do think they’ll form the elite when the communists take over. When they’re ordered against the wall they’ll think it’s to receive an award.

  1. Tulsi Gabbard is fighting the Intelligence Community without visible and vocal allies in the administration:

“The least understood issue right now, is how isolated and alone Tulsi Gabbard is on her mission to bring sunlight to the Intelligence Community weaponization and corruption.

“Pam Bondi (AG) isn’t with her. Director Kash Patel (FBI) and Director John Ratcliffe (CIA) are not with her. Susie Wiles (CoS) is not with her. In all of these efforts DNI Tulsi Gabbard is all alone.”

    1. Bongino seems to be there. At first glance he’s on thin ice; but he has a lot of followers from his former radio show. If he goes Rogue it’s over. I hope he’s packing his dead man’s switch every day.

          1. Hmmm… my assessment. (FWIW)
            Bondi, (champagne)
            “The bubbles tickle my nose!”
            Gabbard,
            “Hold my beer.”
I think we’re spoilt for choice.

          2. I beg your pardon, sir, I wasn’t attempting to kick Tulsi out of bed. I find comparisons in such matters difficult, but both ladies easily qualify as well worth having. I dress in gabardine, but I could just as readily undress for Gabbarding!

    1. Jeez, is it for sale? I mean it’s probably in better shape than the ancient ones in canada’s fleet!

    1. “If you voted liberal things would be different. So much better.” CBC doesn’t come out and say it but it is implied.
That’s the BS lie peddled by Lieberal supporters and the “Elbows Up!” retards.
In 1968 Trudeaumania infected the West. Things didn’t go for very well for the West as a result. 1972 the West smartened up. But the BS lie is still peddled to this very day.

    2. It’s to prepare people for the fix. PP isn’t going to win because the libs are going all out cheating.

  2. PPC leads the way in restoring Canada.
Although we do not share the ultimate goal of separatist movements in Quebec and Alberta to break up the country, we think their grievances are legitimate. Given the relentless trend toward more centralization, the only way to bring about meaningful change under the current government may be to take advantage of the constitutional crisis that would follow a majority vote in favour of secession in a provincial referendum.

For this reason, the PPC will support the YES side if a referendum takes place in Quebec or Alberta in the coming years in order to break the stranglehold of imperial federalism and pave the way for a last-ditch attempt at rebalancing our federation.

    1. Well that’s the kiss of death of any independence movement… Sheesh, you’d think the Max Bernier Ego Party would have realized by now they’re toxic.

  3. Wikipedia??

Is every editor at Wikipedia barking batshit crazy? I have in the last few years started 3 short Wikipedia pages and every one has been hammered with stupid short dick comments. I deliberately over-referenced with at least one reference per sentence. I just started an article on a Canadian performer I saw on TV and I knew his record producer and who I heard had died. Anyway the Wikipedia editor deleted it for copyright infringement with my quoted sources. The only possible infringement could have been a list of 4 of his most popular songs which cannot be copyright infringement as a historical fact. So I look up the editor. They are a Alzheimer person and identify as a furry and may take a while to reply as there are having personal issues. Is Wikipedia a place where the mentally ill can have the authority they could never attain in the real world? I have a couple more pages that have waited a couple years because apparently every thing is wrong with them. I’m done.

  4. Canadian news media (CBC, National Observer, etc) are reporting that President Donald Trump is sending the National Guard into Washington DC to stop out-of-control crime while at the same time claiming that violent crime in DC is at a 30-year low. This made no sense to me at all, so I just had to check for myself.

    Sure enough, I find this:

    https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/dc-police-commander-suspended-crime-statistics/3959566/

Apparently the DC mayor and other local politicians have been lying about the crime rates all along. The DC police union is *completely* onboard with this National Guard deployment and welcomes the assistance.

I dropped a note to the CBC about the ‘error’ in their story. We’ll see if they get back to me.
