Saskatchewan remains Canada’s top-rated jurisdiction for mining investment, ranking 7th globally in the Annual Survey of Mining Companies released
today by the Fraser Institute, an independent, non-partisan Canadian public policy think-tank.Finland is the top-ranked jurisdiction worldwide for mining investment in this year’s survey, followed by Nevada.

Any province that does not develop their resources, or deliberately stops development of their resources should be cut off entirely from equalization.
Completely off the subject, but there’s a lot of “lock-up” potential, too.
Somewhere between 70 and 80 percent of the adult population went along with the Wuhan flu lock-ups, and the remainder risked being locked up.
It used to be that a world-class mine was one so rich that not even the government could screw it up. I don’t hear that anymore. It takes up to 20 years to develop a mine in Canada. Now the joke is that a mineable deposit is one that takes longer to mine than it does to permit.
BC should be #1, easily, but:
1. NDP, rules, regulations and environutters rule.
2. Indians.
BC, as of today, should be last on the list. Nothing will get done until #1 and 2 are tossed out and reigned in.
