Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin will rescind the Obama administration’s endangerment finding declaration in the “largest deregulatory action in the history of America,” he announced Tuesday on the “Ruthless” podcast.
Zeldin joined the “Ruthless” podcast to break the news that the EPA would nix the declaration that insisted greenhouse gases like carbon monoxide and methane endanger human lives. Zeldin will officially make the announcement that will drive “a dagger into the heart of the climate change religion” later in the day in Indiana.
“A lot of people are out there listening, they might not know what the endangerment finding is. If you ask congressional Democrats to describe what it is, the left would say that it means that carbon dioxide is a pollutant, carbon dioxide is an endangerment to human health. They might say methane is a pollutant, methane is an endangerment to human health,” Zeldin said.
At least they were gracious about it.

It has been used as a fear-tactic in our government run schools to “educate” the instructors then the children to manipulate the society into believing it is an evil thing. The science says ⁰carbon is the building block of creation and life, yet when you shout that word in a theater, people are trampled trying to exit the building.
“Trust the science” is now used as the catch phrase to move and shame liberals into a desired mindset and direction. Freedom-seeking folks hear that, laugh and walk the opposite direction.

While House and Senate GOP twiddle their thumbs, nice to see the administration going hard. Never seen this much action so fast in any administration in my life and the good thing is so much is happening the Commies won’t pick up on half of it. Labelling carbon dioxide a threat to human life is completely bonkers and nothing else.
The author of the Fox article, Brian Flood, makes the error of stating it is carbon monoxide when he probably meant carbon dioxide. The difference is important. both produced naturally, but in gas burning appliances in houses where the gas burning is not a complete combustion, it’s too often fatal. Like vehicles idling in garages..

Good to see the EPA scaling back their regulation. Perhaps people in Congress could scale back the EPA mandate to throw a wrench into all aspects of everyone’s life, as someday, maybe as early as 2036 after the back to back JD Vance wins… the Democrats will return.
Monoxide was first mentioned then corrected to dioxide later in the article. Monoxide of course can present a serious threat – quick death whereas dioxide does not.
