Victims of Communism

Interesting documentary

While American Democrats and Canadian Liberals & NDP’ers haven’t yet reached the same degree of evil, their policies are clearly pointed in the same direction.

“Communism: A system of centralized political power in which a single party dictatorship abolishes private property and controls the means of production and the distribution of goods and services.

Under the pretense of a classless, egalitarian society, Communist regimes in practice rely on force, use brutality, and repress speech, religion, assembly, and all other rights and freedoms.”

  1. Robert, communism and religion are one and the same, top down orgs that brook no competition.

    1. Gee, I don’t know about that. Our mainstream Christian churches are too busy apologizing and kow-towing to be authoritarian on anything.

  2. Communist collectivist coerced cooperation. Equity=shared misery.
    Everywhere, everything, everytime.
    Incrementally incessant.
How do we let this happen?

Frederic Bastiat argued in his essay “The Law” it’s because of “naked greed and misconceived philanthropy” where justice is law instead of law being justice, so only focused on liberty, not changing man and society by mendactic, megalomaniacal means.

Always disguised as the “public good” that ignores individual sovereignty so just another version of the divine right of kings.

  3. “ Strong property rights under British common law were once the cornerstone of our enviable Canadian prosperity, but modern statutory law is turning this bedrock foundation to quick sand!”

    1. Indeed! And farm organizations such as the OFA, CFFO, and NFU have pretty well abandoned their memberships on property rights issues. And I guess their members are okay with that, because they’ve tolerated it for 25 years.
