If it’s in Florida, and it’s more than $1000 worth of damage (which it likely is as soon as she started blasting), then it’s going to be a fine up to $5k and up to five years in a Florida Jail. That doesn’t even begin to cover the Trespass with the Firearm, which will add more time.
