So more and more people are not paying for their mass transit, but simply hopping the fare gates? So who pays for mass transit? Ohhhhh yeahhh … my CA gasoline taxes pay for mass transit. My Federal, State, and Local income taxes pay for mass transit. How can we expect the actual USERS of mass transit to pay for it? SMH.
