  1. Qatar is Hamas. Hamas is Qatar.

The USA accepts a gift from Qatar of a Boeing (made in America) 747.

    Say it isn’t so.

    1. Given how long (and how many billions) it’s taken for Boeing to modify two existing B747s to VC-25B standards, Trump will be long out of office by the time they bring the Qatari 747 up to Air Force One standards.

    1. The first sentence is a complete lie, she wasn’t “preserving records” and she knew that what she was doing was wrong and likely illegal. She admitted that to others.

I don’t know why MAGA types keep pushing this lie that she was preserving records required by federal law. The law says nothing about machine images. I don’t even thin they brought up that argument in court.

But hey, keep the grift alive!

“Trump has falsely accused the South African government of a rights violation against white Afrikaner farmers by seizing their land through a new expropriation law. No land has been seized and the South African government has pushed back, saying U.S. criticism is driven by misinformation.”

    What the BBC says …

    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cvg9w4n6gp5o

“South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has signed into law a bill allowing land seizures by the state without compensation – a move that has put him at odds with some members of his government.”

  4. How is the housing market doing?

Not too good in Toronto (similar in Vancouver). There are no buyers of smaller condos. The government could take over this market and rent these units out below market. It would take money, most likely in the form of higher taxes. And it would crush the existing rental market. Is the federal government poised to enter the housing market and raise taxes?

  5. SCREAMS HEARD ‘ROUND THE WORLD

In a letter addressed to Harvard President Alan M. Garber ’76, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem wrote that Harvard’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program certification was halted, “effective immediately.”
The revocation would prevent Harvard from enrolling any international students on F- or J- nonimmigrant visas for the 2025-2026 academic year. Harvard currently hosts more than 6,000 international students, many of whom attend on F-1 or J-1 visas.
