1. Elections Canada should be doing a re-election in Terrebonne.
   With the recounts in Nfld. and Nunavut, the LPC could reach a majority.
   Guilbeault still in Cabinet.
   And no budget to be tabled this year.
   I am depressed.

   1. Don’t be depressed, be joyful. The country is beyond salvage, a Liberal majority guarantees its failure in the minimum time. Changing the result only drags out the inevitable, welcome the implosion and chaos, it is opportunity.

   Does anyone really believe that Elections Canada is impartial given they have been paid by the Liberals for the last 10 years, and the Conservatives were looking for rule changes? Does anyone believe, for example, that there were 85 legitimate independent candidates in the Ottawa-Carlton riding and nowhere else? Or that there will be 200 candidates in whatever Alberta riding Pierre Poilievre uses for a byelection? Nonsense like this is communism, not a constitutional monarchy.

   1. They weren’t “independent” they were all run by the same person, and likely had the same 100 people certify they were eligible to run in the riding.

      Every one of them had the same Official Agent, one Tomas Szuchewycz, who runs the “Longest Ballot Committee” along with his brother Kieran. Kieran challenged the requirement that a deposit of $1000 was required to run in the federal election, along with other requirements.
