Not half a per cent, but half of a tenth of a per cent

Oddly enough, I was driving through southern Alberta at the very moment wind output cratered. Photo by Spencer Zinchuk

Alberta wind output falls to 0.05 per cent of capacity days before energy election. And the Clean Electricity Regulations, brought into force the last day Parliament sat, do not appear to be up for change according to the Liberal election platform. Read for yourself.

  1. Why would anyone expect that the Liberals would go back on their plan to engage in energy impoverishment?

  4. I just received a notice from the Canada Revenue Agency (8 pages) that my Canada Carbon Rebate has been reduced from $805.20 to $732.00 and therefore I owe the government $129.10. What? How can I owe more than the reduction amount? Because they went back to 2021.

If you vote Liberal in this upcoming election you are a moron. Back to useless wind turbines…

  5. We can have reliable power from unreliable sources. To think otherwise just proves how deplorably, racist, sexist, Islamophobic you are.

  6. When the wind does blow, it kills golden eagles and other apex predators.
Killing eagles means you’re a subhuman.

    1. Oh man, you had me, killing the golden goose means “reliable power from coal, gas”.
