Well it is Bonnie Henry’s fault that I gained back the 40lb I had lost and had kept off for 2 years by swiming a lot, until Bonnie Henry closed the gym’s and swimming pools and there went my main form of exercize, as due to bad knees I can not run. But I did get a Bonnie belly out of it.
