  1. I have to say … Trump’s Press Conferences and Appearances of all manner have become ‘appointment TV’ for me … it’s as addicting as the OJ Trial … because the Press’s glove never fits … so they must acquit. Hahaha ha …

    Bukele says to the IDIOT NBC “Reporter” … “what should I do? Smuggle a terrorist back into the USA?” … OMG! I was laughing my ass off. The Trump Team just humiliated that poor, poor, low ratings, NBC “Reporter”. Her political statement/question didn’t go quite as she planned.

These people are so bad that if they were transported to June 6 1944, they would be cheering for the 352nd Volk-Grenadier Division.

      1. He was never legally in the United States. The only thing which could have happened to him was deportation to his country of origin where he is a citizen. The fact that you approve of MS-13 is irrelevant to everything.

          1. You really are a nitwit. Read your own link. The judge’s action was suspended by the SC. No court judge in the US has the right to interfere with the Executive power to control US borders and who is in the United States. Roberts was correcting an abuse of judicial power.

    In the blue universe … a “wrongly deported” man from “Maryland” is stuck in El Salvador. In the red universe … a terrorist member from El Salvador who illegally entered the USA is now back in El Salvador, in prison. The red universe is happy and the blue universe is sad. Will you release the terrorist?

        Hmm, in 2019 two courts (immigration and appellate) ruled that he was in the country illegally, a citizen of El Salvador and a member of a terrorist group. And the Supreme court agreed.

        So these three courts had no basis for their decisions?

        1. An immigration judge concluded he was an MS-13 member on no serious evidence. Further, his deportation was the result of an administrative error.

      3. The man in question, who entered the country illegally and then claimed asylum, was an MS-13 gang member. MS-13 is designated a terrorist organization in the United States.
        Alien nationals, while they do have access to due process, do not have the extent of due process granted to citizens, especially if they entered the country illegally prior to claiming asylum.

        This was done very legally and now has been taken to the SC, which overturned the original judge’s ruling, and thus set precedent.

        There is also a path towards denaturalization if a citizen has been found guilty of treason…or we could just execute them.

    This would mean a jury trial and access to appeals up to the Supreme Court for all gang members. This would incur an incredible cost and would last decades.

    But, what the hey, Democratic lawyers could add several feet to their yachts.

      There’s an easy solution: amnesty.

      1. If due process was followed, they wouldn’t be in the country illegally in the first place. You want due process for people who have sidestepped due process, and failing that, blanket amnesty…which again is not due process.
