  1. Carney’s is the face of a sociopathic and ruthless fascist. The corporate and state media are more invested in the outcome of the election than ever before and it should be reframed as “their campaign”.

  2. Canada will keep its oil in the ground!!! And mother turtle Gaia heaved a sigh of relief. Brian Z. just held his elbows higher. No OIL for Trump!

    1. We’ll be like California, no oil, only intermittent electricity. But we’ll freeze in winter.

      1. Yeah … I only have to keep my home at 60 deg.F in the winter to dodge The CA energy cartels WAR on energy … WAR on the middle class. You all will have to drop your home thermostats to 33 deg.F. But you’ll all be living like the Eskimo’s in a cozy igloo … so natural … so respectful of mother Gaia.

Yeah … COVID and RSV will be the least of your worries. Frostbite and gangrene will take you first

  3. Welcome to the new boss, same as the old boss.

Patiently waiting for pictures of Carney in blackface to come out. An intrepid reporter should boldly posit the question to Carney for the record: “Have you ever worn blackface?” (It would be worth the laugh IMHO)

  4. What this country needs is more institution, Constitution, and pros…uh perity.

  5. It seems to me that central to this election is the question of NetZero vs. actually getting a pipeline built. This should be a no brainer. It sort of is. If Canadians put the Liberals back in, they clearly have no brains.

  6. L- No pipeline leads to a no answer helpline from Quebec. When they call asking, why “their”
Equalization money(welfare cheque) from Alberta/Saskatchewan is late. They’ll hear “ This line
Is no longer in service, call someone who cares.”

  7. Carbon Tax Carney wants to kill the oil and gas sector.. One of the few things we do that actually generates wealth.. Kill it dead.. While it was nice to wake up to gas that was 20 cents cheaper.. I don’t think saving 4 or 5 dollars a week is anything but a pittance.. A bag of chips costs more than that..

Our hero, carbon tax Carney has given me 5 bucks for my vote?.. Canada has no idea what’s coming with this guy..

  8. But, but, but if Alberta separates, we will be landlocked and won’t get oil to tide water and we’ll be really dependent on America!

    Ummmmmm

    Oh never mind

Just wait until the Greatest Economist Ever (TM) introduces legislation to forbid Oil and Gas lending and banning the CPP from owning shares in oil and gas companies.

  9. Keep pushing this, Marky!
Polls are not reliable…but there was one a month ago saying that 80%of Canadians want coast to coast pipelines.
Unfortunately, most are too stupid to realize that no matter what nice sounding words you spew at a microphone, Bill C-69 negates them all.

  10. The Appointed new Tyrant
Keep spewing your verbal diarrhea at the western provinces. You might get your wish of being the new Furher of a small country with 2 or three provinces. Alberta will leave , then the dominos will fall on the nation of Elbows Up.

  11. So I get home from an extended trip abroad today and this VERY DAY, gasoline prices drop 30 cents/litre.

Thank you, thank you my fellow Canadians. But it really wasn’t due to me, but, rather a sly Liberal liar seeking (re)election.

  12. From a Turd to a Skidmark. Eat your bugs, pay your breathing tax, shut the f up! Woe Canada.

  13. If we separate. We can build a pipeline south to Montana and then the Yanks will help us build a pipeline west to tidewater. They would welcome the new infrastructure with open arms, plus getting a toll on all oil being trans shipped to the rest of the world.

    1. Precisely.
The Left screams, landlocked! while conveniently ignoring all options to negate it.
They NEED Alberta to remain, without which Confederation quickly dissolves.

Why they treat such a member so despicably is because they’re addicted
to abusive relations with all provinces but one. Suicidal yes, but they’re homicidal too.

The painful truth for the East, ie The Left,
      is Alberta doesn’t need them.

      On the contrary,
      Alberta must fly to survive.

When in East the sun is setting,
      the West looks bright.
