Deputy Rennison’s expenses released through Access To Information detailed 163 pages of travel claims. Costs totaled $261,913 in the period from September 2021 to May 2024.

Accounts showed Deputy Rennison booked 26 trips over the period including flights to Bali, Basel, Bengaluru, Berlin, Brasilia, Gandhinagar, Kamakura, Marrakech, Naples, Niigata, Paris, Sao Paulo, Washington and Zurich. Four of her six flights to the French capital coincided with springtime in Paris.

  1. I am appalled that this woman did not fly in a private jet that the Bank of Canada owns. She’s making all Central Bankers look bad.

  2. Yet she has been “working from home” in the 5-years since we were taking two weeks to flatten the curve. Well … except for “business travel” … then, she had to leave her home office. For the good of your nation, doncha know …
