  1. Seriously? A Tesla protest? I need that explained. Oh wait, Canadian NPC’s screaming I support the current American thing! I would wonder if they could fathom the irony, but most Canadians can’t fathom anything it seems. Childish and stupid is about to be a hard way to live.

    1. The ranting has to do with not wanting something shoved down our throats. Like EVs for people who live in the country, or mandatory covid injections, or a carbon tax to which HST is added. Or like covid lockdowns, which if you oppose and protest, they lock you up. And how about meat Mr. 72 oz? Some people don’t like that either to which I would also rant against. And what’s the difference between a rant and a protest anyway? And how can you protest ranting?

They don’t understand or care what the facts are, and are too lazy to find out. All they know is “Trump bad”, smug anti- Americanism reinforced by calls to rally around the flag – conveniently held by the people that destroyed our economy in the first place. Am hoping that reality will smack them across the face prior to the election – if not, it will be a long and painful 4 years.

    1. I guess so, too bad. It will not be a long painful 4 years, however, I believe Canada as constructed is terminal, too many takers and less and less makers. We are one of the world’s most indebted nations, especially external debt, and this was racked up during “good” times. We are entering the worst recession since at least the 70’s with no fiscal capacity, and not much anywhere else. Not survivable.

    Many Stellantis electric are built in US, Mexico and Poland, why aren’t they being protested?
    etc.

    Ontario finally has a usable solution to high speed internet for rural areas, and tears it up. Canadian satellite systems are years away.
