    If you wonder why the NDP won the last provincial election look no further than the lib carpet baggers who took over the Conservative Party.
    In B.C. like federal all you have to vote for is left wing.
    Sort of like the Soviet Union. When they had elections there were options. Unfortunately they were all communists.

      1. Which makes Canadians real hypocrites for condemning Trump’s tariffs. And it also reveals why Canucks pay so much more for so many things.

      2. Under the trade agreement that Trump demanded and signed in his first term (calling it the best trade deal ever made in the world) there is a quota on how much of those items can be brought into Canada duty free. Only when those quotas are exceeded do those tariffs come into effect.

        This is the deal that Trump himself agreed to. I admire him, I applaud everything he’s doing except when it comes to trade, he’s totally out to lunch. His tariffs not only hurt the countries he imposes them on, they hurt the American consumers who are the ones who have to pay them.

        There are times when tariffs are fair, such as during his first term, when he put tariffs on German autos. Germany had a 60% (not sure of the exact amount) tariff on American cars, so he threatened a reciprocal tariff. Germany immediately caved and dropped their tariff.

        2. Allow me to speculate for a moment.
          The deal that Trump signed during his first term was probably inspired by the people negotiating it.
          Trump himself postulated that he didn’t have enough experience with the DC crowd during his first term, and we’ve seen it all happen for ourselves when, for example, he brought in the likes of the war monger John Bolton.
          During his time off during the last 4 years, Trump may have had the opportunity to reflect on those negotiations and realize that America got taken for a ride again.
          Trump has resolved not to make the same mistake again, which I would surmise the reason for the tough talk on trade.
          My concern now is that Trump is losing credibility with his tough talk every time he postpones the implementing of tariffs.

            I think he’s trying to ensure that domestic industry is ready for them when they kick in. You can bet that Trump’s cabinet is talking to industry leaders.

          2. Trump had a cut throat trade negotiator in his first term, I had a video back then that showed how he worked. He re-did trade deals all over the world. Can’t find that vid now, too bad.

  8. I also heard two “Conservative” MLAs quit the caucus in support of Dalias. The Peace River MLA said he was going to start a new party.

  10. His action was bad, his reaction was ever worse. He tried to use a three second cut of her interview to misrepresent her. He’s not just wrong, he’s crooked.
    I had a lot of faith in him, and I donated to, voted for and boosted him. More fool I.

    SHE DID NOT.

    I saw the vid of the words he referred to. They had absolutely nothing to do with abuse of any kind, she was clearly referring to the false claim of dead kids buried at KRS.

    Rustad has just become the best friend the NDP could ever hope for, destroying any chance of the Conservatives ever forming government by catering to the Indian industry and the media that supports them. Fool! After acting like a true conservative and gaining so much, he caves to woke pressure and adopts Liberal values.

PP had more people at his convention in London yesterday than the Liberals had at their so called leadership convention aka coronation.   18. The litmus test of political success is that as the “party” approaches actual power, the moral cowardice increases exponentially. We have essentially reached the point where brutal honesty makes one either unelectable or unacceptable to electable parties. The captured institutions (including all professional monopoly-granted governing bodies) all tout the same list of lies and myths: indigenous knowledge in “everything” in addition to now forgotten stone-age survival skills; the horrors of residential schools; climate hysteria: Islamophobia and moderate Islam; safe and effective COVID vaccinations, CRT, DEI, ESG, and every other Cultural Marxist weapon against reason and western civilization.

    When the Truckers provided genuine political opposition to our fools and bandits,all 338 of them,Canadians rewarded them.
    No political Party in Canada can raise $10 million in just 3 days,twice..
    Because no Canadian believes anything they say.
    The definition of insanity is doing exactly the same thing,over and over again..Expecting a different outcome.
    Voting for “The Least Evil”,only gets one result.
