  4. I’m pretty sure the dairy industry in K-bec can stand on its own four feet.
    While I’m not a dairy farmer and I haven’t played one on TV, I’m pretty sure the start-up costs limit the number of producers.
    We all know that competition is good for the consumer, but the people in power don’t give a meadow muffin about that.
    We also know that government farm subsidies/tax breaks have pooched the free market on both sides of the border.
    Nobody in power anywhere is being honest about free trade and that’s not changing in everybody’s lifetime.

  9. I have 2 comments – I watched the clip about Worcester Mass becoming a sanctuary city for trans-genders and I actually thought it was a parody account, until I read some of the comments. There is a whole lot of craziness going on there!
    I am not going to be popular for my second comment. I “used” to be a proud Canadian and I think I am even more Canadian than most as I have either lived or visited most parts of Canada (realizing my dream to visit Newfoundland this summer). But sadly, Canada has been a “less than special” friend/ally to the United States. Our trade is very unbalanced with most of the relationship benefiting Canada. In turn, what have we done for the United States other than hosting travelers in September 2001 after 9/11? Canada has NOT met its obligations of 2% GDP for the military, our equipment is a joke, we have not defended our borders – especially the North and we have allowed the Chinese Communist Party to take over our government, especially the federal Liberal party. President Trump was elected overwhelmingly by the American taxpayers, because they are tired to death of defending everybody and financing other economies. The UK and Europe have also been “less than special” friends/allies. We all deserve the punishment which President Trump has decided to do.

      1. Mike, my wife and I have become Fear Thy Neighbor TV addicts– we never miss a show. One result: a Muslim family moved into a rental house next door. We waved “hi” to them every day, even though they never waved back. We were afraid to get into an argument with them, and getting stabbed or blown up.
