Trust The Evidence- Reporting a Fatal Event to the Yellow Card System
I can only conclude that the MHRA is hopelessly inept or willfully blind. I suspect both. The Yellow Card system is supposed to “rigorously” and “continuously” “monitor information on suspected safety concerns” – ready to sound the alarm as an early warning system at the first sign of a problem. It seems pretty clear they aren’t doing even a basic evaluation of suspected lethal side effects. I’d bet my experience is not a one-off.

I’ve heard of similar problems with the TGA in Australia. It’s easy to pretend that there are no problems with a new product if they are not recorded. Ain’t that right, Killer Marmot?
TLDR version: person wants to believe friend died of vaccine without evidence to that effect and writes article on that basis.

Eight days after that, she was dead.”
Now tell us all that the injection had nothing to do with her heart attack and death.
When you’re too stupid to grasp that the guy is complaining about the ineffectiveness of the reporting system, and try to shift the discussion to diagnosis.
That’s why there are reporting systems to investigate potential causality, UnMedicated.
L – “Willfully blind” = Criminal Negligence causing death(?)
“hopelessly inept”= not fit for purpose, civil liability(?), certainly moral and political liability!
Am I the only one here thinking this applies to the system in Canada?
Canadian versions of Fauci et al, require public investigations, too!

Totally inept is a given in any western government bureaucracy. Couple that with we shall not look for that which should not be found, and you have your answer.
Everything I though i knew about the covid jabs was confirmed by my daughter. She is an RN, none of the RN’s she works with will go near a booster, they’ve all seen the effects of the shots.
Criminal negligence causing death should be the charge against public officials.
