2. In totally unrelated news, the NYPD did not make their recruiting goals last year. They missed by a lot. Anyone who complained about police brutality or racism before? Just wait til they lower the standards.

   The prisons are full of black and brown people who are multiple, habitual offenders. And yeah, that’s exactly where these social sociopaths need to be.

4. The US has no systemic issue of excessive leniency in sentencing. They imprison a rather large portion of the population, far more than Canada, with little benefit to show for it. US crime is declining.

   This guy is nuts. Bring back the asylums but make them humane this time.
