  1. Twenty percent is hardly a “drastic” reduction. Eighty percent would, however, qualify for that statement. Useless, lying fukcers…

    1. That was my first thought, DB. Even an 80% cut is not enough, we need a few years without any immigration just to absorb the masses we’ve already let into the country over the last few years.

That’s the bottom line, and any other course of action is doomed to failure.

(but that doesn’t mean that some politician won’t try to exploit the issue anyway, just to try and buy a few more votes from a gullible public)

Taps, my skinny colonial oppressor arse! You threw open the borders and Canada will never recover. Guess how many murders, kidnappings and homeless people there were in the 60’s when I was growing up.

  2. Oh, so you didn’t turn the taps down fast enough. So what’s that now the “Merkel Defense”?
“Did we do that”?? Feckless toddlers.

“Some people have huge hearts and want more refugees and humanitarian folks coming from the countries that are war torn.”

Do they now? And who exactly are these people and where do they reside? Rockcliffe Park Forest Hill, how about Westmount. No, not so much? How about that great Laurentianite humanitarian Andy Coyne’s neck of the woods.
    Didn’t think so.
In a perfect world Coyne would be chained to a seat on a TTC bus in Toronto and forced to ride it for 12 hours to have a come to Jesus moment.
Maybe get him off his TDS kick for a while.

  3. Sure, dude, make it sound like an unintentional mistake.
But it was deliberate mistake — after all your WEF stenographer-boss told us that Canada is a post national state.

  4. We didn’t have a federal election fast enough.

It’ll be a generation for the country to recover from the #Libranos malicious gov’t.

    Hopefully AB/Sask. separate from Canada

    1. In 2026-2027 when Quebeck pushes for separation, we should be supporting them, in return for them supporting Saskalta in separating from Canada, as well.
Two problems I see, 1) we’re not as ready to part ways like the Quebeckers are.(still not sure that their desire to leave Canada is genuine, might still just be a lever to obtain more advantages from Canada)
      2) nobody wants to be P.M. and oversee the country dismantled.
Even though, I think it would be better for the west to leave with a conservative gov’t in power,,, to extract better terms, than if there was a lieberal gov’t.

  5. Emotions, surveys, polls, election – those are the words used by this Liberal racist clown.

Citizens that live here, the economy, the state of this nation state? He doesn’t give them a thought…

  6. I’m sorry Canada … Obama, err Biden gave your PM the template for replacing white folk. Stolen elections have consequences.

  7. “When it comes to temporary residents, in my mind, I believe we probably trusted the provinces and the (post-secondary) institutions that they should be regulating better for too long.”

Sorry, huh? Who is actually the “government” of the day? Isn’t it the feds who are supposed to be managing this file, not the provinces and heaven forbid, all the secondary “colleges” profiting from the foreign students?

I don’t know where to find the info but I’ve heard from reasonable sources that the immigrant influx hasn’t changed one bit since the Liberals said they were “turning down the taps”. It’s all just lip service because they realized they were losing votes over this issue.
