National Post- Serial rapist Halifax police warned people about two years ago gets out on statutory release
The 29-year-old is getting out of prison under the law that requires federal offenders who have served two-thirds of a fixed-length sentence be released to serve the remainder of their sentence in the community, under supervision.
“The board notes that the most recent psychological assessment indicates that your risk for sexual recidivism is moderate to high,” said his recent parole decision.

He needs more healing time in the sweat lodge.
Well … he’s a “soft” rapist. He cuddles after he rapes.
What a great country.
Another example of the ‘Get out of Jail’ card that natives carry.
He ought to be placed in one of the parole board member’s homes for the New Year’s celebration. Maybe he can be a waiter or bartender, keep the party moving along through the night.
Or any progressive female politician’s home.
People who rape others have deeper issues than not wanting to spend 2 years in the big house if they’re caught.
I think much longer terms are needed to lower the chance of recidivism occurring, yet if this is pushed to a decade it becomes more likely they’ll kill the victim and be out in less time as well…
There’s not too much I agree with within the Canadian justice system.
Why nothing from feminists? Are they just a front?
Eventually people will turn to vigilantism to clean up the mess the justice system leaves us. There isn’t a lot of choice any more.
One of Polievre’s first issues, which he has promised to address, is our race based justice system and the idiotic concept of “healing lodges” and “circle sentencing”.
I seriously doubt our native people were as gentle to miscreants as our bleeding heart progressives believe. In societies that were basically in survival mode, the white European concepts of justice were completely foreign, and I would imagine their justice was, shall we say, primitive, as in a stone headed club applied to the back of the head with great force.
How many of these bastards re-offend, or “recidivate” to use a more politically correct term, and how do the statisticians cook the books to make it seem low?
Exile was common, or enslavement, either way they are essentially death sentences.
