Joe Biden just commuted the sentences of 37 animals sitting on de*th row. Now they will spend their lives in federal prison–instead of being put to de*th.

The mainstream media won’t detail what landed them on de*th row in the first place. I’ve read through the court filings for all 37 animals. Here are the details regarding the vile crimes they committed…

  1. I don’t think Biden is capable of deciding what he wants for lunch. These pardons are part of a Demoncrat effort to make as much of a mess as possible for Trump.

    1. I bet Trump’s bunch could prove that it wasn’t Biden that authorized these commutations, that they were done by people not authorized and therefore could be annulled. Then prosecute those people.

  6. The decisions are being made by progressive crazies. The cases fit the progressive M.O. perfectly.

    1) Ignore cases where there is grey area, and room for doubt as to a person’s guilt. Instead find cases where there is overwhelming evidence of guilt, and guilt for an unspeakable crime.
    2) Paint the criminal as a victim, the lowest rung on the oppression scale. (grew up poor, parents didnt read to him, etc).
    3) Place the blame squarely on the people who didnt do the crime, but instead spend their lives working hard.
    4) Use the above to argue that the criminal should have no responsibility for their actions, and thsu need to be set free.

    You see, the oppressed steal big screen TVs just to feed their starving families, who are usually obese.

        I half suspect that, to top it off, if Biden really wants to leave a lasting legacy worthy of himself, he could resign either on the 19th or the morning of the 20th… That way, he ruins the 47th motto for President Trump; but Harris then has almost no time to really take over and declare martial law to seize power for her minders before President Trump lawfully takes office (because Biden won’t warn Harris), so it really screws her up as well…

I’m just wondering aloud what that has to do with my original comment, which was to say that in the dying days of a dictatorship, either in the U.S. or Canada, expect the ousted dictator to do as much damage as he (or she) can before finally getting thrown out of office.

  18. I don’t see the upside to commuting these sentences. When the Democrats/Liberal types explain this to me, even saying it slowly and enunciating all the consonants clearly, I don’t see their point.

    Are the Democrats opposed to the death penalty? The Boston Marathon bomber is still on the death list..
    I doubt he makes for a good exception to whichever rule they’re holding dear.

This should actually give Trump an opening to overturn any Biden decision in recent history- for Biden to make this decision is irrational and is evidence that Biden’s dementia has reached the point where he is no longer capable of logical thought or using judgement – so these commuted sentences, plus Hunter Bidens, etc, should be rendered null and void.

  21. The US justice system is nowhere near good enough to be deciding life or death. Canada’s forensics usage is way better and I would still never trust Canada to administer a death penalty. Biden did right, for once.

    1. The government should only be able to send its citizen’s to their death if they volunteer for the armed forces or are conscripted due to enemy invasion.
      American prosecutors have impossibly high conviction rates.

  25. So my question is. Why are convicted, death sentence criminals not executed immediately after the final appeals are dismissed. Why are they sitting on death row for 10 or more years.

    2. The US justice system is not very good and nowhere near good enough to administer a death penalty. The drawn out timeframes just reflect that some components of this system recognize that.

  28. Or an alternate explanation? Biden pissed at being dumped, crosses his handlers and endorsed Kamala robbing the handlers of a managed convention. Then he undercuts Kamala during the campaign then signs the poison pill of Hunter’s pardon. The handlers, pissed in their turn, set out to poison Biden’s legacy. Next see if Biden’s family get pardons or if the handlers block them as revenge.
    Family fights are the most vicious.
