He and his ‘husband’ were so busy chest feeding the babies on his 4-year paternity leave From the Department of Transportation that he literally didn’t do anything. Nothing criminal. Nothing positive. No response to transportation failures and disasters. Nothing. Zero. Nada. Zip. Goose Eggs. Zilch. No pardon needed.
