      1. I fully expect Trump will pardon many people especially the “insurrectionists” since he spoke of the presidential pardon power but seemed reluctant to use it. Constitutionally he has broad powers but was mostly talked out of doing things by much smarter guys like Bill Barr. I think this time around he will be less reluctant, or a least I hope that is the case.

        1. What states would that be? Washington, DC isn’t part of any state, it’s the Federal capital. The DoJ and Merick Garland wouldn’t have been involved in a state prosecution as they are Federal.
