3. The correct way to negotiate with terrorists is simple.

   Refuse their first list of demands and respond by killing a bunch of them.

   Refuse their second list of demands and respond by killing more of them.

   Demand their unconditional surrender. When they refuse, kill more of them.

   Demand their unconditional surrender again. When they refuse, kill more of them.

   Offer them rapid and complete martyrdom.

   If they accept, deliver on your offer.

   If they refuse, end negotiations and return to killing them. Restart negotiations at a later time.

   If at anytime they unconditionally surrender, it’s probably a ruse. Proceed with caution.
