  1. Why anyone with half a brain would live in Pakistan is beyond me, especially if you are a woman or a Christian. And yes, I DO realize that it probably is very difficult to leave that country if you are poor and without job prospects (for women at least), but I would still try.

    1. 1963, about a month before my 21st birthday, hitching/busing/train-ing east towards Oz, we stayed for a couple to three days at a cheap hotel in a busy, busy, section of Karachi.

      On the sidewalk right outside was a young boy, comatose/dead who knows…….wearing a T-shirt and underwear, everyone, (us included), stepped over him……we wondered about him, but were likely the only ones who did.

  2. Isn’t islam great.

    The 10-year-old schoolgirl Sara Sharif was made to wear a hijab to conceal her injuries and was homeschooled in the months before she was beaten to death, a court has heard.

    NOT!!!
