1. A lot of those are Socialist shitholes poor as hell, but floating on oil. Somalia? Really?

   1. We need to at least double what is already in the atmosphere.

   2. CO2 should be optimal when its ~ 1200-1500 ppm.
      At that level, this planet could feed 25 Billion.
