  1. Democrat pols are starting to run scared but they can’t be let off the hook for the damage they’ve done. I see these women in NYC who are being randomly punched in the face and, sorry, the first thing that occurs to me is, “Did you vote for a Democrat?”

  2. Giving the police more powers, cameras and drones.

Yeah, it’s not like the police don’t have everything they need to do their jobs already. What they’re lacking is the orders to do their damn jobs.

Those cameras and drones won’t be aimed at criminals.

    1. Bingo. They catch the criminals already, but they are required to release them by the DA. Nothing will change except more invasive surveillance of the innocent.

    2. Pretty good answer in my stead. The criminals all wear masks and drive stolen cars … so what will the cameras be capturing that’s useful? In a related story, all their handguns have the serial numbers etched off.

But my real snarky answer, Robert? … It turns out it was about more than “just stuff” after all.

  3. No.

If they had, they’d have elected someone much like Nayib Bukele, the man who saved El Salvador from its criminal classes.

Bukele proved that wiping out crime is easy. Round up the criminals, haul them off to prison and keep them there for as long as the people deem proper. And tell Soros to go to Gehinnom and take his “human rights” troublemakers with him.

That’s all Bukele had to do to ensure that his liberal and leftist opposition essentially collapsed in the last election along with El Salvador’s gangs. A few old putas whose sons by unknown clients were sent away for gang membership complain that their meal tickets have been taken away. Everybody else tells them where to go, including Bukele.

(Bukele is probably the only decent man of Palestinian ancestry in any position of influence in the world today.

Not coincidentally, he’s a proud supporter of Israel. Arabs who settled in Latin America had to work for what they wanted. They couldn’t depend on being kept in comfort by a lush welfare state as a reward for doing the dirty work of the anti-Semitic elites of the West.)

  4. No, I don’t believe San Francisco has hit rock bottom yet. And if it has, they’re not on their way back up again, this is just a dead cat bounce.

    1. Is Calgary on its way back up again? When they introduced Calgary’s soft on crime mayor at tonight’s Flames game you could hardly hear the announcer over the chorus of boos coming from the Flames fans. It was a thing of beauty.

  5. Just thinking out loud here but what if, every time a man punched a woman in the face, he lost a finger? Would you have a society where woman were never punched or one where men were having trouble holding objects?

    Oh and happy Easter!
