I call BS on the ‘theory’ that Brandon could pull the old “Nice old man with a poor memory” shtick if a case against him was presented properly……i.e. pull up vids/examples of all the blatant lies he’s uttered his entire life.

It’s an obvious copout.

The problem being that the prosecution would be presenting to a jury in a jurisdiction that won’t convict democrats, but is more than willing to convict republicans for simply being republicans.

  Exactly. Look at Mark Steyn’s trial for another example that Hanson left out. Biden would never be convicted in DC. I still think they should have charged him and taken their chances. Of course, they won’t charge a sitting president so they would proceed only if Biden can’t steal another election. If he does manage that, he will likely die in office or be truly and completely out of it in 2028.

Its not a copout, its a reminder, “know your place, plebe”, because we run the system.

I Doubt if he makes it to the Election in November.

I doubt it too. The thing is, the man is demented and won’t go willingly, so he will be assassinated. Makes a great narrative to beat Trump, 2 birds, one bullet.
