    1. Allan S has a tendency to exaggerate almost to the point of misrepresenting what his legal sources actually say. In this case, I’ll site a paragraph from the very first page…
“TTV withdrew the Complaint, citing the fact that too much time had passed and that therefore even if there were found to have been a violation of the cited section, limitations would have passed.”

Allan S. hopes that you wouldn’t take the time to read the document yourself. I invite you to do so and come to your own conclusion.

      1. They withdrew the complaint, but that doesn’t mean the case is over. This case is just another example of why you don’t just throw poop against the wall.

It can come back to bite you hard.

        1. Context: the judge decides if the complaint will be withdrawn, not the plaintiff. The plaintiff always asks pwemission. There’s many reasons for the motion to be denied.

          1. “pwemission”

Poor Allan. Pathetically responding to his own comment in the middle of the night. He probably still believes Hunter’s laptop was “Russian disinformation”. Sad.

      2. “Allan S. hopes that you wouldn’t take the time to read the document yourself. I invite you to do so and come to your own conclusion.”

I did. It paints an entirely different picture than his flippant summary, of course. That’s his MO here, and has been for some time.

  1. It’s one month old, very few people may care, but it’s news and has magnet in it…

Bruker Announces First 1.2 GHz NMR Installation at The Ohio State University

“Finally, with high interest recently also in compact, single-story 4 Kelvin 1.0 GHz NMRs, there are now nine 1.0 GHz systems installed at customer sites, with six in Europe, and one 1.0 GHz system each in Israel, Canada and Japan (including earlier two-story 2 Kelvin magnets).”

    1. I’m not sure what you’re advocating for here. Your link seems to suggest that people who post signing their real names behave better on line. This is true, but… your pseudonym is “Chicken Dick,” so I’m not sure what’s going on here.
I certainly wish people who have something to say do so with civility, and a little bit of empathy, but I will not compel people to sign their real names. In this political hotbed, where people tend to get cancelled for the most innocuous comment at best, prosecuted and incarcerated at worst, It’s best to keep your ID anonymous until we truly have our right to speak freely protected by law.
The US founding fathers had to communicate anonymously for obvious reasons, and until we have that inalienable right restored, I will continue to post as “FC.” Having said that, I try my best to post with a reasonable amount of decorum, but I admit, sometimes that is somewhat challenging.

      1. Civility when dealing with stupidity is a difficult thing to maintain. Sometimes just plain crap is all that is deserved.

      2. Try reading the article again. I’ll presume stupidity over mendacity but I suspect otherwise. Take your sanctimony and shove it.

      3. “but I will not compel people to sign their real names. In this political hotbed, where people tend to get cancelled for the most innocuous comment at best, prosecuted and incarcerated at worst, It’s best to keep your ID anonymous until we truly have our right to speak freely protected by law.”

One of the very first things I learned on UseNet back in the 80’s (before there was a WWW) was *never use your real name* . There were horror stories floating around about people being tracked down, having their homes or cars vandalized, having their families or employers phoned, etc. There are people on this very blog who would do the same if given the chance, I’m sure.

If you run a business or provide service, fine….use your real name. But if you are smart, you will keep your personal and political opinions to yourself (or use an alias for that purpose).

  2. RFK’s Children’s Health Defense

    CDC’s increases immunization schedule
    100 vaccines before age 18

76 doses of 18 different vaccines for children ages 0-18. And depending on the vaccine formulation being used and other factors, it pushes the number of shots to over 100! This is the CDC’s 2024 increased immunization schedule.

    https://childrenshealthdefense.org/about-us/100-vaccines-before-age-18/?utm_source=luminate&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=appeal&utm_id=20240215

Biologist and vaccine specialist, Judy Mikovits, author of Plague of Corruption, strongly advised against taking ANY vaccines nowadaze.

    1. He was another russian supremacist so good riddance, but the spin from Katsapia and their fanboys will be fun to watch.

    2. Another notch on Putin’s gun stock.

Putin fans can celebrate with a glass of vodka.

Did Navalny fall out of a window while incarcerated?

      1. Not my problem you guys can’t get it we are just more polite about it.
Russia’s already been where we are headed.
And we are already full of two legged vegetables, without the state being to dirty.
Win the war with Russia the West will still be the same as it is right now.
        Change my mind.

        1. “Win the war with Russia the West will still be the same as it is right now.
          Change my mind.”

You demonstrate revolting disingenuousness in framing your question. The question isn’t what will happen when we win the war against orcs, the question is what will happen if lose. Civilization unwilling to defend itself and its allies against barbarians falls to barbarians.

    3. People were debating whether he was actual opposition or just another Kremlin project (he was supposedly tortured in prison, but had access to the Internet, go figure). In any case, he certainly was more real than their “official” opposition party, which actually supported Pootin for president, LOL.

      1. And then he suddenly died in prison… Two days ago he appeared at a hearing. Reports suggest he looked healthy. The next day he’s dead?

Putin had him killed just like he had Litvinenko, Magnitsky, Prigozhin, Politkovskaya, Berezovsky etc etc

        1. Maybe, but why now? He could have killed him a long time ago. Do you think it benefits Poo’s in light of the upcoming fake election?

          1. I dunno? Maybe cuz it was Wednesday.

Any hints on the internet? Maybe Nav left a cryptic message as he was surfing moments before he they capped him?

  3. Anyone heard about phantom vaccinations.
Financial fraud? Or faking the stats fraud? You decide. andhttps://www.conservativewoman.co.uk/a-crime-has-been-committed/

    1. Finland tried this. Quickly abandoned the idea. Canadian finances are precarious enough without flirting with another social program.

      1. No one has ever tried this. They just pretend by giving out money to a few hundred people who suddenly feel better. That is not even a test of the emergency broadcast system. Give 1 million people $3,500 per month for 10 years. Now you’re trying something – $35 billion a year to let 1 million people live free. Might as well go bankrupt in style.

  4. Speaking of magnets, this is a good summary of the Earth’s magnetic field and a potential field reversal.

    https://www.sciencealert.com/is-earths-magnetic-field-on-the-verge-of-flipping-over-an-expert-explains

The takeaway is “Field reversals happen fast from a geologic standpoint, though slow from a human perspective. A reversal usually takes a few thousand years, but during this time the magnetosphere’s orientation may shift and expose more of the Earth to cosmic radiation. These events may change the concentration of ozone in the atmosphere.”

  5. The wall between Egypt and the Gaza strip is getting taller – 21 feet of solid concrete.

    https://www.wsj.com/world/middle-east/egypt-builds-walled-enclosure-on-border-as-israeli-offensive-looms-e5c12043

Up to 1.7 million people are predicted to flee Rafah on the southern border of Gaza and Egypt as the Israeli army advances. They could flee south into an Egyptian camp that holds 50,000 – 60,000 or north into an area bombed out and now controlled by Israel.

    1. I had someone who graduated at the bottom of his class (I almost died under his misdiagnosis). He was still called “doctor”.

    2. I had part of a lung removed by a white male thoracic surgeon with no major problems.

I had an unnecessary attempt to remove a small kidney stone by a female Iranian-Canadian doctor and ended up in isolation and she wanted to put me on dialysis for life. I got another opinion against the wishes of her and the head of the department, took another route and survived with no dialysis nor nephrostomy bag the first one suggested. The results: I have never been the same and she is now the head of urology at another nearby hospital.

  6. Putin endorses Biden. Asked he said President Putin replied. Biden “He’s more experienced, more predictable. He’s an old-school politician.
Trump claims Putin wants Biden back in office because then ‘he’s going to have his dream of getting Ukraine.’
Trump said “I’m the one that stopped Nord Stream 2, probably the biggest pipeline anywhere in the world … He [Biden] got into office, and he immediately approved it.

    1. Canadian bank CEOs response when asked to freeze trucker’s bank accounts:

Toronto Dominion Bank CEO Bharat Masrani: “if you list them as people subject to sanctions (i.e., as if they are terrorists) we could act swiftly” then whines about TD taking reputational hit and Fox News.

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce CEO Victor Dodig: asks that all financial players get looped in, not just banks then says “We should think about putting the military in place to keep the border crossings moving even after the protestors are removed. To send a clear signal.”

Royal Bank of Canada CEO Dave Mckay: whines about needing to go to courts then says “if we listed them as terrorists we could move fast” and after fretting about crypto says “If we list them as terrorist we could act more comprehensively.”

Bank of Montreal CEO Darryl White: “Agree with my colleagues. The reputation of Canada is at risk” Cries about US making fun of him then says “If you labelled these guys terrorists we could act quickly.” “This is a national crisis you need to act immediately.”

National Bank CEO was trying to get deputy prime minister Chrystia Freeland to ease up and get out of restrictions, Freeland slapped him down: “I will never support negotiating with those who hold our democracy hostage. No good thing comes of that.”

  8. Federal funding supported academic conference with speakers who celebrated Hamas attack

    …
The “Mediations of Racial Capitalism Conference” is a three-part lecture series aimed at highlighting “the constitutively racial character of capitalism in its complex intersections with structures of settler colonialism, anti-Blackness, heteropatriarchy, and empire,” according to a website promoting the event…

    1. Elghawaby is muslim filth. She needs to be catapulted back to an Islamic shytehole.

    1. I listened to her once and she praised her former boss Mint Press News, neglecting to say that it was an Iranian-regime front.

I have never listened to her again, because I don’t trust anybody who was involved with that website, particularly if they praise it like she did.
