  1. An early Stocking stuffer from the president of COP 28

COP28 President Sultan Al Jaber has boldly questioned the so-called scientific consensus on the need to phase out fossil fuels to achieve the 1.5°C climate goal.

Don’t ask an oil executive to run your climate alarmist meeting.

“I accepted to come to this meeting to have a sober and mature conversation. I’m not in any way signing up to any discussion that is alarmist. There is no science out there, or no scenario out there, that says that the phase-out of fossil fuel is what’s going to achieve 1.5C.”

    1. He is exactly right, but will get burned down for “following the science” because the science doesn’t matter.

    2. COP28 President Sultan Al Jaber knows that giving into the Global Warming Narrative means the destruction of his economy and his PEOPLE.

What amazes me is the pompous jackasses like Ex-Secretary of State John Kerrey and the rest of the elite “World Leadership” were snowed by his banter and fooled by the money Al Jaber and the UAE bought them with. Yes, you know they were as bought as an International Olympics site Committee. It is amazing how a little flattery and a lot of cash can get our leaders to do stupid self destructive things.

No wonder the US State Department always gets it wrong. It is led by fools and jackasses like Kerrey. This is the way to destroy these fools, from the inside. Expose the Idiocy. Expose the Hypocrisy. Expose the Corruption.

      1. rd – the AP and probably the CP are already quoting Kerry who is refuting this heresy by the would-be protagonist of a modern-day reformation (insurrection).

      1. VOWG….

No shite, LMAO a Sultan indeed.!
Well, good on him for telling shite like it truly is.
AGW and every bit of sustaining BS thereof …is just that, Pure BS – just another Global Tax scam.

We can thank that rotten miserable Eastern Laurentien POS, Maurice Strong for that one. Not dead enough

        1. The circumstances of Strong’s death were so peculiar, that, you are right he may not be “dead enough”– or even dead.

  2. A really f*** up story.
Two Paleosimian terrorists opened fire at civilians in Jerusalem. A man named Yuval Doron Kestelman jumped out of his car with a gun in hand and killed both terrorists no doubt saving multiple lives. When IDF appeared on the scene the hero threw away his gun, identified in Hebrew as an Israeli, got down on his knees, raised his hands… and was murdered by the IDF. I am sure IDF thought he was a terrorist but they also knew he was surrendering and unarmed.
Here is the video of the killing (graphic, NSFW).

  3. I watcched Ms. Gunn’s interview on Saturday night and wake up Sunday to find out that the whistleblower has been arrested. If this doesn’t put the cold chill of fear down your back then you have already surrendered your freedom.

Three years into the injections and what is transpiring is being discovered and exposed all over the world and no one in authority is innocent. Retribution cannot come soon enough.

    1. If they didn’t budget (and show they have the money) for food for 6 months and rent for the same period they shouldn’t have been allowed into the country.

    2. David

As per CTV, I’m supposed to actually give a Fk right.??
When we have tens of thousands of homeless CANADIANS.

DILIGAF….nope, Put em on a Slow boat bk to China, And while we are at it, send every woke prof as well.

    1. Everyday I quickly scan mainstream news aggregator National Newswatch just to see what lies and propaganda and manipulative material are being spread, and that one really stood out to me, best one of the day, appalling anti-conservative propaganda.

      1. Many years ago I too followed National Newswatch, until I learned that they would take money from various groups, including provincial gov’ts, to place those groups stories (narratives) on the NNW website.

I don’t imagine they’ve acquired any ethics or integrity since then.

        1. “Many years ago I too followed National Newswatch, until I learned that they would take money from various groups, including provincial gov’ts, to place those groups stories (narratives) on the NNW website.”

I didn’t know that. I still go there every day, but I call it Liberal Newswatch. The irony is that when they redirect you to another website (CBC, CTV, etc) you can then see in the sidebar all the stories that NN chooses *not* to feature…as well as the Canadian journalists they studiously ignore (“Rex Murphy? Who’s that?”).

  4. German economic minister won’t be going to COP-28 because he’s too busy plugging an $18 billion hole in the German economy.

    https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/german-economy-minister-cancels-trip-cop28-amid-budget-crisis-2023-12-03/

But … “finance minister Christian Lindner proposed in an interview on Saturday cutting social spending, international climate financing, development cooperation and some subsidies to fill the gap.”

So that would be awkward, going to a climate conference to cut international climate financing.

  5. Ah, the Beer Parlour Putsch. The politics of happy hour! All together now: “Putsch your head on my shoulder…”

  6. Word has it that the Alberta delegation to cop28 is 100 strong. Not sure why that many are required and I have no objection if they have paid their own way but there will be outrage if the taxpayer is on the hook.

Danielle Smith has made this about oil and gas. Presumably a lot of the delegates will be O&G types who are fact finding on their own dime. Hopefully it’s not a preponderance of bureaucrats.

  7. House of Commons Speaker Greg Furgus, in his speaker’s robes, played a video lauding Ontario Liberal Leader Bonnie Crombie and outgoing interim party leader John Fraser, all of this at the Ontario Liberal party convention:
    https://www.ctvnews.ca/politics/speaker-fergus-apologizes-faces-calls-to-resign-over-personal-video-played-at-ontario-liberal-event-1.6672283

Of course the Speaker is politically neutral. So is the RCMP, CBC News and the federal bureaucracy.
