3. There are already laws on the books that prohibit indecent exposure. We need law enforcement, not more laws.

   1. Indecent exposure? Not in California. The working girls are covering the breasts and the vjj. They are wearing on the city streets about as much as women can wear on the beach. And 5″ platform heels too!

      The law that was thrown out in CALIFORNIA was the crime of loitering. Used to be the cops could engage the working girls on the streets using the probable cause they were investigating the crime of loitering. If they could not arrest them, at least they could get them to move along.

      Now the hoes be flashing the goods on residential streets in broad daylight, and the cops can only do two things; jack and squat.

      So what if a serial killer starts killing the working girls? Cops can not get involved, and the pimps won’t care.
