Hunter Biden has sued Rudy Giuliani over his infamous laptop scandal, claiming that the former New York City mayor hacked and manipulated data on an external hard drive in a “total annihilation” of the troubled first son’s “digital privacy.”
The suit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court of Central California accuses Giuliani and Robert Costello, a former federal prosecutor who defended Giuliani, of violating the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act when they accessed Biden’s hard drive, the document viewed by The Post indicated.

I don’t know why they are even trying. Everyone knows there’s a two-tier justice system in the US, so they should just come right out and say, “Screw you, America. Nuttin’s goin’ to happen to Hunter.”

I recall the care with which the computer repair person handled the laptop and made an exact copy of the hard drive …. If anyone would have doctored any of the content, it would have been the FBI. They are known for such seedy methods.

why not? Under the US “justice system”, Hunter is apparently immune from prosecution of crimes that seem obvious even to the blind.
