Sanity dips a toe in the water;
Kansas will no longer allow people to change the gender on their birth certificate after Republicans passed a law enshrining the biological definition of woman into law.
The state’s health department was compelled to follow the law after Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach sued to stop state agencies from allowing people who say they are transgender to be able to change the gender on public documents.
In the words of Admiral Ackbar: “IT’S A TRAP!!!”
And it is. But, for once the correct party is being trapped. Essentially, the left won’t be able to leave this alone. It’s going to be challenged in Court and the DOJ is going to jump into the fray with an Amicus Brief under civil rights violations. The hilarious result will be a case where transgenders are not going to be able to avoid the debate in exchange for ad hominin attack. They are going to have to try and make their case that a biological male can, indeed, become a female and vice versa. The State of Kansas will call biologists and scientists all stating the obvious with centuries of data backing up their position. The plaintiff will bring in blue haired, nose pierced, ingrates trying to state to the Court that a person can change gender just because they feel like it.
This will be entertaining.
Unfortunately both sides will have biologists and other scientists. Some biologists have blue hair. Scientists have had their brains diminished by membership in the climate cult, it affects all aspects of their lives and thinking.
Science is clear you can’t change your gender, you can’t alter your DNA unless you under go bone marrow transplant. Carry on liberals living in your Utopia of imaginary genders.

If a “transgender person” dies and is buried and later on archaeologists dig them up and do DNA test on the bones, what gender will they turn out to be? That’s the only question that needs to be asked.

The second you use the word “gender” when you mean “sex” you’ve ceded control over the terms of the debate to the Bezmenovites and you will lose.
The debate has to start by dismantling the notion that there even is such a notion as “gender” distinct from biological sex. There isn’t and never has been. Show that, and the rest of the edifice falls.
