President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden has been indicted by special counsel David Weiss on felony gun charges.
The charges bring renewed legal pressure on the younger Biden after a plea agreement he struck with prosecutors imploded in recent months.
The younger Biden has been charged with one count of False Statement in Purchase of a Firearm, one count of False Statement Related to Information Required to be Kept By Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer, and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Person who is an Unlawful User of or Addicted to a Controlled Substance.
Prosecutors have spent years scrutinizing Hunter Biden’s business endeavors and personal life — a probe that appeared to culminate in a plea agreement the two sides struck in June, which would have allowed him to plead guilty to a pair of misdemeanor tax offenses and enter into a pretrial diversion program to avoid prosecution on a felony gun charge.
But that deal fell apart during a court hearing in July after U.S. Judge Maryellen Noreika expressed concern over the structure of the agreement and questioned the breadth of an immunity deal, exposing fissures between the two parties.

This is nothing more than an attempt to make the public think there is somehow a balance in the way Weiss has indicted President Trump. “Look at me. I’ve indicted a Democrat so you can’t say I’m only out for Trump.”

The gun charges are a diversion.
There is plenty of evidence to impeach Biden. The Republicans are faced with a tricky timing problem. With a hostile press refusing to report facts, they need a protracted inquiry to keep the topic in the public eye. But pull the trigger too soon and the Democrats will have3 an opportunity to dump Biden and get someone more electable to run.
How and when will the Democrats dump both Biden and Kamala? Entertaining to speculate!

I couldn’t help noticing that the point man at the Washington Post (Ignatius) published an article today out in front of the indictment(s) calling for Joe Biden to pull out of any re-election campaign. That means two things:
1. Ignatius got a heads up on today’s activities.
2. There are more indictments to follow.

The only two possible explanations for these foreign companies paying large sums to Hunter Biden for apparently doing nothing but scheduling meetings with Joe and other political connections are:
Hunter was selling access to Joe (which couldn’t happen without Joe’s involvement), or-
Hunter was just doing what every other lobbyist in Washington does, in which case Hunter violated the Foreign Agent Registration Act by not completing that process.
