Humorous as that might well seem, it is a revealing comment from an Indian.
Western political talking heads still insist on global consensus and governance for this or that putative challenge (“climate change”, for example), while ignoring that countries like China, India and Russia simply aren’t playing that game. And those aren’t three countries we can simply push aside and ignore, like, say, Montenegro, East Timor and El Salvador.
