Happy birthday, America — and RIP to its newly erected “Ministry of Truth.” That term comes directly from federal Judge Terry Doughty in the Western District of Louisiana, who issued an injunction a couple of hours ago that takes direct aim at the government-media censorship complex. Concluding that plaintiffs in the lawsuit have a strong likelihood of proving that the US government suppressed dissent — and particularly conservative dissent — Doughty ordered the Biden administration and its executive agencies to cease any coordination with social-media companies…

  1. This practice is a blatant violation of the 1st amendment, and the courts should have come down on it like a ton of bricks years ago.

I was gonna’ say – “Yeah, THAT’LL work…” Sleepy Joe is as-much-as telling his SJW claque to openly ignore Supreme Court rulings, which the teachers’ unions were already doing anyways, and he’s already said “Well the Supreme Court says we’re not allowed to cancel student loan debt but I’m DOING IT irregardless!” ( – or at least I think that’s what he said, he was so muddled it could’ve been something like “trunalimunumaprzure…” – ) so I’m sure he and the swamp will knuckle-under any day now!

        Still, it’s a start…

  2. Does anyone think the current democrat government is going to obey that judge’s ruling?

    They simply nod in agreement then continue doing whatever the hell want.

    How is that possible? WELLLL …….

    The government has the police, the CIA, the FBI and the military .. the judge has a gavel.

    Does anyone think that power comes from anywhere but the barrel of a gun?
