      Too many Canadians do so love their diet of BS, and are very adept at ignoring the taste, and smell of what they are shovelling down their throats.

    A country as corrupt as Justine’s Canada has no reason to be.

    To the point: the unions wanted a very, very long weekend with benefits on strike pay. They probably hoarded stores for groceries and other stuff in advance. For us, a summer of emptier shelves, except for US stuff. Thanks!

    Strikes are an indicator of the end of the peak of recurring economic cycles. I am sure that Ontario and Quebec will see more before 2008 repeats.

    Of course, the KING of Ottawa does not care one whit what happens in BC, unless the Tofino surf is up.. Wetsuit photo-ops are over for now.

    Perhaps a few smart CEOs might start to question whether exuberant outsourcing was the best move vs, paying Canadians and letting DEI policies die in the boardrooms. What is the cost of returned PRC products received by Canadian suppliers that do not work? Oh sorry, Statistics Canada has no figures. They can do math, but 4 years late.

    I loved shopping with my mom in Calgary as a pre-teen, but learned myself, spending my earned or gifted money, that toys “made in China” quickly broke.
