Ryan Mcbeth does a very detailed report on the dam and shows how it was Russian negligence. Russia had control of the bridge, locks, and power station. Ukraine had no access.

Russia allowed the water to get so high that it started overtopping the locks (sat images prove this). The Russians also only had the southern most lock open which would’ve caused intense flow and erosion. This causes scouring underneath the dam. The satellite image shows a part of the road washing away a few days before the dam failed.

Either they directly caused it, or they indirectly causes it with negligence.

Ukraine blew up a dam north of Kyiv during the opening of the war. It took 3000 lbs of perfectly placed explosives.

    1. Oh what a relief to know that all of those holes from the American Himars strikes had nothing to do with it!

      1. Do you have any idea how many HIMARS strikes it would take? The warhead is only 50 lbs. Ukraine has no reason to do this

        1. About 50 lbs of explosive in a 200lb warhead. A 50lb warhead would carry a lot less explosive. Not that either would have any effect on the dam.

      2. No nothing, and there weren’t any to begin with. The explosion happened at the bottom of the dam, so well below where the rockets could hit.

    2. Few more pieces of the puzzle aka: “I question the timing”.
      1. Orc units that got slaughtered at the Bakhmut area begun their relocation of Eastern Kherson to rebuild a couple of days before the dam broke. At the same time a transfer of combat ready units begun from Eastern Kherson fortifications towards the frontlines in the East. Orcs new that those depleted units would be safe and would not need to defend against potential amphibious assault.
      2. On the same day orcs blew up four other dams and another one (two?) on the following day.
      3. They blew it up when they thought Ukrainian offensive was starting. So defensive lines reduced and more reinforcements available.

    3. Coincidently he is wrong when he compares crossing the river and crossing the wider river and the flooded plains. BMPs and BTRs are not great swimmers and extremely vulnerable while in water. So waves, strength of the current, floating debris and distance itself make a huge difference. But the greatest obstacle are the flooded plains that as the water recedes turn into several feet deep lake of mud. That mud will swallow any vehicle and will make crossing to defensive lines from the west impossible for at least a couple of months. So contrary to what he is saying, blowing the dam gives orcs considerable advantage.

    1. Hardin keeps digging himself in deeper. Good for Viva for calling his bluff. The tactic is way too typical of leftist politicians, trying to distort events to make their opponents look bad. They never ever seek a tolerant middle-ground.

  2. Turdo Foundation CEO morris Rosenberg’s testimony yesterday:

“I think there’s a very innocent set of explanations for everything that went on in relation to this (CCP) donation.”

Well yes, Morris. And then there’s the truth.

  3. The Leader of Calgary’s Black Lives Matter has been charged with a hate crime. And yes, she is indeed Black.

“The head of the Black Lives Matter movement in Calgary has been charged with a hate crime for allegedly impeding access to a Catholic school.

Court records show Adora Nwofor was charged with mischief on June 2, in connection with an incident on May 26, for allegedly “wilfully obstructing and interfering” with the use of a property “primarily used for religious worship and educational purposes.”

  4. If convicted, should he received a reduced sentence because he is aboriginal? Will it make a difference if the victims were aboriginal?

“Police in Alberta have issued warrants for Nathan Chasing Horse, a former actor in the movie “Dances With Wolves,” for nine charges including sexual exploitation, sexual assault and removing a child from Canada under the age of 16.”

  5. A Black man, who was arrested in Ottawa and accused of the “violent sexual assault” of three women, was released on bail by the same Ottawa court who refused to grant bail to Tamara Lich, who was accused of a non-violent crime and had no criminal record.

Would you be surprised to hear that he has skipped bail? The Ottawa police believe he has fled to the U.S. and may be preparing to travel to Haiti.

“Ottawa police have obtained a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of a 23-year-old Ottawa man charged in 2021 with the alleged “violent sexual assault” of three women.

Police said Ricardo Duret was charged with two counts of sexual assault with a weapon, two counts of sex assault by choking and single counts of assault with a weapon, forcible confinement, harassment by threatening conduct and impersonating a peace officer.”

  6. Breaking on CBC News, quoting the Globe and Mail. The PCO alerted Justin’s PMO about Paul Bernardo’s transfer to a medium-security prison way back in early March. Trudeau claimed to have heard about the transfer in late May, and Safety Minister Mendicino claimed to have heard about it one day later. Lies rule.

    No link as yet.

    1. Blackie actually telling the truth would be a bigger news story. He lies on a daily basis.
