1. It wasn’t just memes, it was bogus election instructions. I’m still trying to find the ruling. My guess? It’s dramatically different than what the writer in the link portrays.

2. I posted this late Friday but I think it may get more attention under this heading about election interference.

   “What I think everyone is missing here is that this fiasco is a lose/lose situation for American Justice. If the charges are laid and Trump is arrested and charged there are two options:
   a) the charges are proved and Trump is sentenced, if this happens then either the whole DOJ and FBI are either incompetent or corrupt.
   b) the charges are false and Trump is innocent, if this happens then the DOJ and the FBI are incompetent.

   In the case of (a) after seven years of the most invasive, intensive investigation into any American in history the DOJ and the FBI could find not one felony to charge Trump with yet Bragg finds 34 in a matter of months thus indicating total incompetence in the DOJ and FBI. On the other hand after intensive investigation the DOJ and the FBI did find a chargeable felony but refused to pursue it to protect Trump then the upper levels of the FBI and the DOJ are corrupt.
   In the case of (b) and Trump is found innocent then the DOJ and the FBI are evidently incompetent since they allowed bogus charges to be brought.
   In either case this is a lose/lose situation for both the DOJ and the FBI and the American Justice system is entirely either incompetent or corrupt.

   Either way the American people are equal losers.”

   The end result is that no matter the outcome, the Americans have lost the Republic and as a result mankind has lost the greatest form of government that we have ever conceived. Nothing short of a bloodletting revolution is going to set things straight again. I said in an earlier post that Trump will be seen as a flight risk and as a result will be held after arraingnment in order to keep him from campaigning, that now seems a distinct possiblity.

      If you want an example of what is wrong in the western democracies, just read alla S’ post, no context just BS, trying to prove his is in the know. There are lots of legal experts who disagree with unDORK’s position, but he’s not smart enough to fine those opinions. And there are leftists as well as those on the right who disagree with unDORK’s position.

      1. I actually have a pretty good track record here. I seem to recall:

         – Getting roasted for saying sanctuary policy is constitutional. SCOTUS agreed with me. You can thank the Trump admin for bringing the issue up.

         – Payment to Stormy Daniels. I said it violated campaign finance laws OR a violation of other laws, depending on what Trump did and knew. I was right. Got lit up here. The claim has yet to be proven in court, but an indictment by a grand jury is no small beans

         – Trumps RICO lawsuit would go nowhere. It was dismissed. You guys played it up like it was a genius move.
         – Got lit up for the election fraud cases not going anywhere. I was 100% right. They were completely useless. Poorly researched, the affidavits were a joke, and the requests for relief were insane.

4. And this is how it starts some Bozo thinks because he sides with the corrupt system he’s right. Some people don’t have a clue as to how corrupt the justice system is in America. If we had a true system of justice, where a jury of your peers meant what it was designed as, then overrated, bloviating, lawyers and judges would be as functional to the system as court recorders, instead of the overpriced hired help they have become. As I might add the same can be said of self important bureaucrats and politicians. Since when is the likes of the Faucis and Comeys and the rest of so called political intelligencia of the world worth the salaries they receive.
