  2. If there are legal firms which decide to specialise in this sort of legal action, I think they’ll do well, at least financially.

    My wish as always, is that those in gov’t convicted of malfeasance have their payments taken from their pensions, and not primarily from gov’t coffers.

    All these people are mentally ill; I use the phrase compassionately, not mockingly. Let the lawsuits fly; we should have zero compassion for any and all health practitioners involved in the bogus “gender affirming” industry. Yes, she was an adult but one who was not mentally competent to make this drastic, irreversible decision.

    Apparently there are 3,000 lawsuits against the now closed Tavistock gender clinic in the UK.

      And let me add that my own bi-polar/schizophrenic son who ended up taking his own life … was appeased … by one of his last Psychiatrists who took him off Abilify … which had been working beautifully for him … and put him on another drug that left him completely insane. The Doctor did it because my son pitched a fit. So he appeased him. And in my opinion set him on a crash course to self destruction. I believe the Doctor did it just to feeeeeeel good about HIMSELF … not my son.

  4. The state is now engaged in enabling and enforcing biological pretense while funding surgically and chemically disfiguring accessories. It is also guilty of psychological malpractice and child abuse on a grand scale.     1. No matter how immoral it is, there’s always a lineup of people who will take your money or abuse you for their own satisfaction.

    2. Over 90% of people with sexual dysmorphia so bad they seek surgery were sexually abused as children. For women specifically it used to be effectively 100% but the social contagion effect has driven that number way, way down.

      The problem with Complex PTSD – which is the blanket term for all the Cluster B personality disorders – is that if you don’t identify it and aggressively treat it before neuroplasticity declines significantly in the mid-twenties, it’s not treatable. It has a 15% “some mitigation of extreme symptoms” rate. That’s it. And that’s assuming you have a competent therapist who understands the patient is going to lie to him constantly and a patient who can’t simply stop going.

  9. I think the people who haven’t gone crazy and bought into this crap need to be blunt when talking about what is actually going on here.

    It is not Gender Affirming Care or Gender Affirming Surgery, and no one is going F to M, or M to F.

    What they are actually accomplishing is Gender Elimination, and the F doesn’t become an M, or the M become an F, they are just both just successfully neutered.

    They can cosplay all they want after that, and it won’t make them a new gender.

    I know a M > F “transitioner” who had the surgery many years ago. He has never told me that he regrets his decision but he also said the current rush to immediately “transition” anyone and everyone (especially children) is insane. When he did it, he had to have a long course of psychiatric evaluation and was required to “live as” for a minimum of two years before surgery.

    Your second title “M > F wannabe transitioner sues Catholic hospital for refusing transition surgery” is wrong, that one is also F >M.
    Quote – “He says a hospital administrator told him the procedure to remove his uterus couldn’t be done because it was a “Catholic hospital.”

    1. It isn’t just coddling the mentally ill; it’s removing any possible opposition to this mutilation.
