    1. Not at all. Just watch … as PV pivots to go after Trump and his associates who might talk about grabbing women by their naughty bits …

      You doubt me?

    2. Correct. They will lose most of their donors. And I doubt, given their track record, that they will suddenly have a wholesale donor turnover from the Left. Traitors end up being shunned by both sides.

    1. Sometimes two things can be true at once. Lots of people resign when they know they are about to get canned.

      @NeilWMcCabe2

Exclusive: @JamesOKeefeIII, my friend and former boss at @Project_Veritas, just read his resignation letter to his former team and board members at their Mamaroneck, N.Y. headquarters. James will make his own way—as he always has before. @OANN

  1. I thought James O’Keefe and Project Veritas were one and the same. If they want to win the lawsuits of all that are suing them, it might have been a good idea to keep O’Keefe onside.

    1. They are the same in their donors and the public’s minds. The highly credentialed, professional, supposedly politically astute, and well connected board of PV does not realize it. They will be out of jobs as PV closes its doors by this time next year.

    2. I get why the board thing. For fundraising and liability. I never dreamed they were a $20 million outfit. Next year the board are directors of a $zero outfit. I think the possibility that a few members of the board were bribed should be investigated. Why else would a super healthy news organization at the top of its game commit harikari. Makes absolutely no sense.

  2. SO who are the board of directors? because it’s not on the website, nor is the most recent Form 990 available

    1. Project Veritas directors here.

Veritas has been sued lots of times, but has a winning track record.

Rumor has it that his latest expose which entrapped a horny gay guy wanting to get laid to rat on Big Pharma frightened the crap out of the Board. The LGBTQ+ mob and big pharma are scary foes in a potential lawsuit, especially when they are backed by a crooked Justice Department.

Apparently at least some of Project Veritas major funders are pissed at the Board and will likely follow James with the piles of cash.

      1. The LGBTQqAI2s+/- … is far worse than the mafia ever was. A completely criminal operation. Conspiratorial criminal

        1. Dont forget the CIA… without a doubt the intelligence community would like to see O’Keefe, JFK’d.

    2. Board members:
      Matt Tyrmand –
      John Garvey
      George Skakel
      Joseph Barton (not the congressman)
      Steve Alembik

      1. It will be interesting to hear Steve Bannon break his silence and weigh in on the situation re: Matthew Tyrmand on his afternoon show.

    1. That would guarantee a smash success on his first posting under a new banner, wouldn’t it? I’m sure the board that push him out will have no difficulties finding high-paying jobs at other places now that they’re seen to be politically reliable.

    2. Funnier yet will be if The New Project Veritas sues O’Keefe after releasing the minutes, and loses.

    1. Not really comparable Bucky. Drudge changed his approach and rode it into the ground (in trust terms). The Veritas board has just ejected the pilot from the plane (with the only parachute) and are now toasting each other with champagne while ignoring the mechanical “Terrain! Terrain!” warnings from that little room at the front.

And it remains to be seen whether O’Keefe has a parachute or a parasail with a rocket jetpack.

      1. When Matt Drudge sold the Drudge Report he agreed to not reveal that he had sold. He evidently decided readers could figure that out for themselves. When it turned left I turned it off and never went back.

        1. Yeah me too.
Little Green Footballs_2 tho Johnson didn’t sell out for $$$.
          He had an epiphany.

    2. Project Veritas, Drudge and Little Green Footballs.

      “Et tu, Brute?”

Pretty sure that means “f them”.

  3. If Big Pharma and the LGBTQ+ mob end up suing Veritas for the gain of function expose clip, who is on the hook? Is it O’Keefe, the man or Veritas, the organization.

As a Director, O’Keefe presumably had healthy Officers’ and Directors’ liability coverage. How goes his “resignation” affect any potential lawsuit and his personal liability – if any?

    Any lawyers around?

    1. “personal liability”

If your name’s not Rockefeller there is no such thing. Ask Alex Jones. Do you think he is going to write a cheque for $1.5 billion from a bank account with 27 cents in it? That’s why God invented bankruptcy. Poor people are “judgement proof.” That’s why only stupid people sue them.

  4. Interesting that those who took out James are all DeSantis sycophants, doing speeches railing against Trump and aggressively pushing Ron. The Koch’s and Pfizer are busy.

  5. Bad news. Project Veritas was (is?) the most effective conservative organization out there. Conservatives must fight a guerrilla war against the corrupt Liberal establishment, and Project Veritas models itself as a guerrilla fighting unit.

  6. Kate, is it fair to say that Veritas is “sheds followers?”

They are still well above the pre-Pfizer story levels. Also, could this be the Twitter algorithms at work shadow banning the Veritas account?

Why would supporters be leaving now? A protest against the Board?
