   I think Ostriches live in very hot climates.

   1. When I bought ostriches years ago it was in the middle of some minus twenty weather. I tried herding them into the barn but it was no go. In the end I learned they are tough as nails and good well below minus twenty. They don’t herd well though. Best to run them into some willow or set then just run up and strap a harness on em.

6. They sell ostrich meat in Alberta supermarkets?

   1. I’ve been seeing a lot of ostrich dog treats and chews at stores the last few years. Looks trendy and overpriced. Gave my dog some ostrich jerky tendon thing a while back that was on sale and she yakked – this dog eats whole mourning doves no problem.

7. Chilling off on Sunday. They could be walking on stumps.

15. Those are very dangerous animals. They can kick their talons into your chest and disembowel you.
